VERY EASY, SMOOTH & QUICK
Shipping cost was quite high. Shipping was very fast - product was excellent and just as described.
Your online website was very easy to use. I liked the product so much that I just placed an order for five more (bed riser casters). I had a hard time finding anything similar here at home. The risers give me underbed storage and raise the bed high enough so that caregivers are able to provide service easier.
In the stars that you give us above, you need to indicate whether the first star is high or low. I just assumed that a five star rating was best. Is that a correct assumption?
There were 4 large painted shelving brackets; two were packed rubbing/banging against each other and the other two were separated by shipping paper. No real damage, as well as maybe not a problem anyway, since I needed to spray paint them another color anyhow. (They were boxed well.)
