The HW site is easy to use; I was pleased that HW had this product in stock since it's not available in stores.

The product was exactly what I wanted and arrived as predicted. If I have a complaint, it is the cost of shipping, which is disproportionate to the cost and weight of the items. As it turned out, even with the exorbitant shipping cost, because of the price of the items, I probably paid less than I would have in a local retail store, where the mark up is very high on these items and I would have paid local sales tax.

Great site and products

The site was easy to navigate, the product list is impressive, the only problem i have is the shipping being three times the cost of the item.

Two of the track light were totally smashed into pieces

My brother is telling me that the website did not clearly state how many of these gutter guards were in one package.
He says that I won't need any many as I had ordered which was 3 boxes. Therefore, i gave some to my sister who needs them for her house.

Hardware World staff are slow to respond to customers, and can't do simple math.
