Great base price, but the cheapest shipping was a little steep. It came very quickly though. I wish hardwareworld.com offered USPS flat rate shipping, as I don't necessarily need fast shipping. Very good overall experience though.

After purchasing I changed my mind and wanted something else. Before the product even arrived, I requested an RMA, as the return policy suggests. I had to ask three times, the third rather emphatically, before someone even responded. This was over the course of a few days, by which time the product had arrived. If customer service is not supposed to handle these requests, there should be a very obvious link to allow for such requests. This was otherwise my only issue. Delivery was timely, and the product looked to be in good condition when it arrived.

Website is very easy to use and I was able to find the bulbs I like. I have been looking for these specific bulbs for months.
Found what I needed fairly quick, wished the brackets and standards where listed together instead of having to run back and forth through pages to make sure the brackets matched the standards.
As I state above if your website had the standards and brackets grouped together by style and color would make shopping a lot easier. I wound up with standards of one color and brackets of another not a big deal but would not have happen if the standards and their matching brackets were together instead of jumbled up.

A lot of great items, at great prices. The shipping charges were a little strange. My shipping was $**.** for 3 items, but when I added a 4th item, the price dropped. However, the 4th item was backordered, which would have increased my shipping cost if I chose to have the in stock items ship immediately.
