The box came damaged. After examining the plastic packets we were able to confirm that we had enough mounting hardware to mount all three grids.

Box delivered by FedEx, opened but everything was there. Emailed customer serv and advised adding packing tape on stapled cartons. They didn't disagree with the idea. A good company to work with.

Good prices, and excellent brushes --- and I wasn't gouged on shipping cost(some web sites wanted to charge me $14-$17 for shipping for a similar size order which I did not place).

Product could be better packaged for shipping. My shelves has some rubbing marks on them. No enought to rerun them but enough to think better packaging is necessary.
