It sure would be nice to be able to use my own Business shipping account - no accommodation online to do so. My discount allows me to ship by roughly 1/2 less expensively than what Hardware World charges.

I received the product when promised but the merchandise was damaged when I got it. It would been impossible for Hardwareworld to know this before shipping it to me since the flaw was behind the packaging. I was impressed with the speed of the customer service in getting a return label to us so we could ship it back and get a refund. I am still shopping for higher quality product and may purchase a higher end one from Hardwareworld.

Overall good - just a bit frustrated attempting to find an additional item. Called you 800 number and got VM, sent e-mail with desire to get a quick reply -still waiting.

I had a problem when my browser would not open pull-down menus on the checkout page. After re-booting, it worked.

The axe handles I received were not as advertised. The eye dimensions were wrong. After exchanging emails and sending photographs, I am returning the items.
