Product arrived fast, and was way cheaper than local hardware store.

So far so good. We will see how quick I receive it. I did receive it quickly but it was broken. Contacted Customer service and they did reply quickly but still waiting on refund process.

Due to something on my end, I had to go in and out of the site several times. I was quite happy to see that my pending order information was waiting for me each time.

The vent hoods I purchased plus shipping cost me $30.00.
I returned them because they were the wrong size.
The return shipping via UPS cost me $23.15.
I would not call this an enjoyable experience.
