Quick and easy to place order. Received a phone call from the company regarding the items that were ordered as they were on back order and delivery would be in a couple of weeks. They apologized for the delay and that really let me know that this company really tries to make their customers happy. I received my order within the delayed time period and am very satisfied with the product that I ordered.

The lack of a direct contact line and a slow response time to emails is very frustrating.
I was glad to have found this type of deck paint. Lowe's and Home Depot do not carry the Cabot brand and much less the Australian Timber Oil. Thanks for continuing to carry the brand.
