I purchased this Flowtec FPZT7550 pump as a spare to replace a Flotec FPOS6000A-08 pump which is no longer made and was recommended by Flowtec as it's replacement. Looks like it should be OK but you need to add a check valve. Only issue I see is that the 1 1/2" female thread at the base is threaded incorrectly at a slight angle (about 5-10 degrees). Hopefully this won't present any problem when I install it. Very happy with the purchase experience at Hardwareworld.com. And they were the lowest cost.
