Some of the rollers were defective. The cover came of the shaft before\\\\\\\\\\\\\\
We use the rollers to paint steel poles. Some of the rollers came of the shaft while painting and had to be discarded and another one used before the pole was 1/3 done. We had to go through at least a dozen rollers to complete 3 30" poles 30' long. This has never been a problem in the past.

One recommendation: make the "Continue" button at sign up more visible (bigger, bright green or other color.) It was a little hard to pick out at first.

Very good, wish I could have changed quantities right near the end without having to retype the credit card data. Also would have been nice if you offered free shipping or a coupon code for a first-time buyer.
