This is my first experience with Hardware World, but it was good. The order came on time and was quality material.

Please just make sure its the acidic cleaner, (commercial) I know there's different kinds. I received my order, It wasn't the one it showed in the picture, I wanted the one in the blue bottle as that's the one I already had and was very satisfied with it.

Initially confusion on shipping to Alaska. Will wait to see what arrives before considering further orders. The order arrived timely and complete.
