The painting pads arrived on time and in excellent condition. The shipping price for the pads were rather expensive and could have been less expensive. Otherwise the pads and service were good!

The product could not be installed. The threads for one of the main large screws/bolts were not good. The info said to call the company (Kwikset)... I did not know how to contact anyone else. My call to Kwikset was totally useless and agravating... Soon, I had to figure out how to solve the problem myself... Finally after talking to several people... I went to Ace Hardware hoping that they had the tool to "Rethread "... They did - and were extremely nice about solving my problem... I just got back from Ace Hardware and will be installing the lock tonight - hopefully!
Price was good. Ordering was easy. Website is good. Now we just have to see how it arrives. I have confidence in you. Thanks

The only problem is that the shipping is twice as much as the product, but...
I/we love the new chain for our needs.
However, it wasn't a whole role as pictured -
We did not receive a complete "role" as pictured and shorted an actual 20" on the 100' order - can you please explain? (We are utilizing this 100' in 2' sections and were shorted on this order.)
Also, we'd like to know how many feet a full role of this chain would be and the cost please?
This chain is perfect for our ongoing needs (as long as we get the length/footage we pay for).
