I didn't receive the exact item that I ordered although it was posted on the website. I tried calling customer service but found out email was the preferred form of communication. I received a prompt response and requested that I send photo of what I received. I received a response stating what I ordered was discontinued by the manufacturer but the website wasn't updated. They wanted to know if I was going to keep the item; I chose to keep the item. Although the customer service response was prompt, I gave a lower rating because I should have been notified that what I ordered was discontinued. It should no longer be on the website. I do not believe it was deliberate but I would recommend that more due diligence should be observed especially when filling an order for an out of state customer.
I was hoping to get it a little sooner but with the COVID going on, it still came in a good amount of time.
Best deal on extension poles, I use these to make Maypoles for Victorian/Medieval weddings & garden decorations. Great value!
