Overall the doorbell plate was pretty good, but it did have a flawed finish, and the electronic part seemed very cheap given the price. But it fit the space I needed so it's good enough.

We ordered a large roll of 48" Flex-O-Glass for stock, a couple of months after receiving it we opened it up to use it... the product was unusable due to it being seriously flawed, we asked permission to return it. Dana wrote said too bad for you, "NO RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS". So here we sit with a roll of material that needs to go to the garbage, lesson learned...Don't ever buy anything from Hardware World unless you are going to use it immediately.
