I found the best price with reasonable shipping cost at Hardware World. It was my first purchase so I did not know what to expect. My lamp shades were delivered pretty quickly, considering I'm on in NY. I'll check this site when I need this type of item in the future. Good experience

I was very satisfied with the overall service from Hardware World...HOWEVER...not so much with UPS. The shipment came severely damaged and I have contacted Hardware World and did get a call from customer service who said she was working on the claim, but I have not yet heard back as to the status of this problem.

I ordered 2 gallons of paint, both were in one box and because of insufficient packing material between the cans one of the cans damaged the other (quite a large dent in one) from now on I will order only one at a time. PUT PACKING MATERIAL BETWEEN THE CANS!
