Shipping is too high, we can purchase the same products here without the shipping charges!

The part was just what I need, it shipped fast, too bad the shipping was almost 3x the price of the part

Customer Service was QUICK in answering questions via e-mail I had prior to ordering. Their explanation was easy to understand, allowing me to place my order immediately with no further discussion required.

Good Products but web search is very lacking.
You must click on the exact product catagory if you want it to search for it.
Even then sometimes it will not look up the part number, you have to search the pictures of the items in that category to find you part and it is the number you searched for. Very frustrating.

We keep coming back to Hardware World because of Dana in Customer Service. Our email inquiries are always answered the same day, often within a couple of hours. If she can't get all the answers right away, she is considerate enough to let us know where she is in the process. Plus, she is right here in the states and speaks "American English"!
