If the paypal button is not going to work, then don't show it. I could not use it. Annoying. Also do not appreciate that there is not a 'skip' button for this survey business. But the product is EXACTLY what I wanted without all the confounded "safety" covers, etc. Thanks

I ordered a special on XIM Spray adhesion promoter. The special was on 12 16oz cans, when I received the product it was 12 oz cans. It was very hard to get in touch with someone to resolve this issue. I called first because as any company would I would rather speak to a person, so there is no misunderstanding through an email. I never received a call back. I did however receive and email response to an inactive email account, not the one I used when I ordered. I am being told now that I will receive a credit for the 48oz difference but I have not seen this yet. We use this product on a regular basis.
