Product was delivered sooner than promised and it worked very well.
Order 3 items and one was damaged right out of the box. I contacted customer service, they requested a couple pics and shipping receipt. I forwarded those via email to them and by the following day they notified me that they had shipped a replacement. This is what customer service should be modeled after! Hats off to them.

Everything is great except for the shipping cost. I would like to have a minimum dollar amount for free shipping, and I would plan to meet it every order because the shipping cost is very high. I order from numerous on-line companies that all offer a certain minimum order to get free shipping. AND, I shop all around to get the lowest possible prices knowing that the shipping cost is not already included in inflated product pricing. What is a win, win for customer & retailer is...the retailer makes more profit when the customer orders more product. So, the retailer gives to the customer by allowing for free shipping. When in the end, the retailer makes even more profit & the customer is spared the shipping cost.
