Just what we needed

Fast ordering, delivery of product, great price.

Wanted more product specs but decided to go for it anyway. Product came on time and was as I hoped it would be. It fit, it has louvers that will open and close, so we don't have to buy a cover for the swamp cooler. My only complaint is that the product info on the website was lacking. The customer service person (Chiria) was great. Good follow up but even she had issues getting me the info I wanted.

Won't actually look at it or install it until Christmas Day.

The brackets I received fit kind of loose on the tracks I have from the same brand. The steel gauge is not as thick as the ones I got time ago. I was expecting the same quality.
