It went smoothly so far. If I receive it as advised, you have a new customer!/ I ordered the product thinking it was the name brand in which I use. It was my error. But I reached out to the company about returning the product & so far it's been a smooth ride, even though I'm responsible for the return shipping. But it was my error, so I'm willing to take responsibility for that. If the return goes well, this company will be one I reccomend to others & will continue to use if needed.
