The device does not fit into the gutter as expected. It may not work for me even though I have normal/standard gutters. That's very disappointing. Very happy with Hardware World website and delivery. Unhappy with the product. It's a clever invention, but a little too big to drop into gutter via a pole.

I would suggest you re think using UPS. Even though they had a phone number and email they kept saying they could not find the residence. They have been coming here for 10 years so they blamed it on must be a new driver. We are grateful you had the product we needed but after spending several hours on the phone giving directions, landmarks anything that would help. We finally received the package on March 27th. Not sure it was worth it

Company is very good but I didn't like the fact that I had to pay over 11.00 dollars shipping for each order I placed.
Found it difficult to shop for tee hinges when adding to the cart could not easily get back to same page where i was before placing in cart
