I knew what I wanted so when I went to their website and saw they had the lowest price, I was sold. Also, they have a feature that tells you that if you order within a certain number of hours/minutes, when you will receive your order. This was important to me because I needed it bt a certain day...AND THEY DELIVERED! I got my products on the day they stated and I couldn't be happier!

Great prices, easy to use web site, not completely satisfied with the rubber mallets, one of the mallets I ordered is already becoming loose or the rubber mallet is coming of the handle. I will not buy this particular brand again.
