I know this is probably a one time thing, but my order was so delayed and then returned to the hardwareworld and I NEVER got notified. I had to check the tracking on my package to find out there was a problem. You need to do better than that.
Product was great. Exactly what I needed to finish my project. Did not like paying more for rush shipping then the actual product cost but that's how it goes sometimes when you need it in a hurry. Otherwise it was great and I will probably make another purchase when I'm not in a rush (LoL). Your prices are reasonable for items I cant get here around town and that's a key factor when I need something.

Love your great selections, the only then is I would like to return the order. They didn't work on the project that I bought them for. Not your fault is mine, had I seen them in person I would have known they wouldn't work on my project.
