Product arrived on time and order was complete with nothing broken.
Tracking the product was good but said that a signature was require. The package was delivered and left on my front porch without signature. This was okay by me as the cost of my order was less than 20 dollars.

A very good purchasing experience

I went to your website and looked at brass hinges. There was no indication as to how many hinges were a quantity of one. I needed a total of 16 hinges so I ordered 20 just to be safe. I was really disgusted when the order arrived and found that there were 4 hinges in a quantity of 1. I now have 80 hinges when all I needed was 16.

It was just what I wanted. We couldn't find this item in any stores around here.
