After I placed my order on line with Hardware World on Sunday evening, about an hour later I thought of something else I wanted to add to my order. First thing Monday morning, I was able to talk with customer service. Their representative was very accommodating and added the item to my order. I would highly recommend Hardware World, for it was a pleasant experience dealing with them.
