Ok so first off...Dana in customer service is fabulous. I ordered 20 brackets that are extremely heavy. However, the first time around I only received 10 due to a very poor packing job. Dana quickly sent out another 10 to fulfill my order. The second box I received was just as bad as the first box. Whoever is packing these orders needs to be seriously talked to. The contents of this second shipment was in severe jeopardy again. There was a whole in the side of the box and the fact the items stayed in the box was just pure luck. I have a major chain link fence project to do and I am very reluctant in using you guys again as your shipping department has no sense of pride. I know how to pack, your guys do not. I doubt I will buy from you guys again. Luke *******504
