You Had What I Needed
My first time using this company but you had the best price for my item and it was fast and easy shopping.
Sometimes hard to describe exactly what I needed, but I got everything.
Placing my order was fast and easy. The items were as described.
Shipping policy is the only thing I am not pleased with.
I have an FPO address so I had to use an alternative and have someone who was traveling my way bring the order. (If I didn't have someone traveling, I would have had to ask them to mail the items which is not always feasible.) That is the only part of the experience I did not like and being an online hardware store, I believe shipping to FPO and APO should be reconsidered as there are many thousands of people, military, civilians and contractors affected by this policy which so many companies adopt and in my opinion do so without fully researching the issue. It is my understanding that companies shipping to FPOs are only shipping to a centralized location in the US where the cargo is then placed on military aircrafts and delivered to the Foreign Post Office, FPO service wherever we are. In my case, my FPO's zip code is for California. I hope this information will help you reconsider this policy.
