Your website makes it a non-stressful experience for a novice (non-electrician) to fund what they need.
However, your shipping and in-transit communication processes detract from encouraging a customer becoming a returning customer.
The item pictured is not what I received. The product pictured is the "older" version, that is why I bought them. I received the newer "ergonomic" version.

Took a bit a figuring out using Future Pay but we finally got it!
The parts I received were not at all as described or shown on your website. I wanted to return them, but was informed that the actual cost of the initial "FREE SHIPPING" would be deducted from my refund, as well as the cost of the return shipping. Plus the possibility of a restocking fee! All for parts that are not as described!
So I have two choices. Return the parts that were falsely described and receive a PARTIAL refund. Or try to sell them on Craigslist or Ebay myself, with hope that I can recoup my initial cost.
