The 7 spray bottles of glass cleaner arrived with the packaging soaked with leaking product. At least 2, maybe 3 of the bottles had leaked. I could not tell if the problem was that the sprayers were not on tight or if the trip from your site to mine had pushed liquid out the sprayer holes. Several ounces of liquid did escape.
The this side up arrows had obviously been ignored as the box was upside down on my porch.
The 7 bottles were split between 3 zip lock bags and 2 of the 3 zip locks stopped the leakage from escaping. 1 did leak into the packaging and then into the box material itself.
I am not sure what you should do to keep this from happening. Maybe tighten each sprayer and check to see that the nozzle is in the closed position. Firmly seal the zip lock bags.
Overall I was very pleased with the price and delivery time. After trying several other cleaners, this on is hands down the best. Each squirt washes away the soot buildup instantly. Just used paper towels to clean the glass doors. I will buy from you again when I have used this initial supply. I stocked up because of the benefit from free shipping on orders over $50. Thanks!

The package of plant stakes arrived on time. We were somewhat dismayed to see that the package was open at both ends. We counted the stakes with interest but all 30 were there and met our expectations. Good quality product, packaging needs some practice.
