Very easy and product definition is clear.
My negative concerns are that I received an email from you telling me to phone you to give further info before the order could be fulfilled. I did phone many time and left voicemail, but never had a call back or further email. I therefore tried to cancel the order. Then I received an email that the order could not be cancelled because it was already shipped. That is all really disorganized and made me think you are a scam company & I was ready to report you to District Attorney. Then the package arrived the next day. What is up with you guys?
Site easy to navigate and buying process, easy!
My only grip about the entire thing is nothing to do with them but with UPS.
Usually UPS doesn't pull a fedex and hold onto packages for extra days so they can push their faster shipping ones but this one sat in the warehouse (of UPS) for an extra day or two.
Again, this is not the companies issue just UPS's issue but it was no big deal and the products came within the correct timeframe and were exactly as described.
Would order from hardwareandtools.com again and probably will soon.
I found exactly what I was looking for, and everything went very smooth with the purchase and payment. The delivery was a little bit slow (because I'm used to Amazon!) but the timing was fine.
The thing we were not so happy with is the delivery by UPS. The package was damaged on both sides. One side resulted in a screen being bent on the metal slide. We did not report it because we were able to force and straighten the bended screen enough to get it to slide in the window, although it's not a nice smooth slide as all the others, it's still workable.
Great site for finding what you need! They are a hardware store in my computer so I can social distance, be safe, & still get the products I am looking for. The descriptions of products is very complete so I know what I am getting to make sure the products will work for me! Thank you & be safe.

When Lowes Hardware stopped carrying the adhesive I was using mid-job, I found only two places online that beat Lowes' special-order pricing on it. One of the two offered me a ship date a month and a half out. The other was hardwareandtools.com, which beat the first site's price AND offered free shipping.
I appreciate the pre-sales phone support, and then help with my order on a second phone call. Very kind and helpful people. Good products and they were less expensive than buying them on Amazon.
