I have ordered products for our business on several occasions and have always had a good response. Delivery has taken a little adjusting to rather than just running to the local hardware but the price difference makes up for that.
Placed an order to only have company send me an automated message that my items are "back ordered". I have tried to contact the company via both phone and email for days and nobody EVER responds. Stay away from this dumpster fire.

The item wasn't hard to find, the price was reasonable (or so I thought). It wasn't late but it certainly could have come in a more timely manner. My biggest issue: the product I ordered is a complete piece of trash. It is a joke, I can't believe I paid over $20 for a cheap paper 'trap' with a FAKE 'pheromone' thingy that does NOTHING. This product guarantees that it will work, so how do I get my money back? This may be the worst purchase I have made online.

I cancelled my order the same day I ordered but it never was cancelled... I found the items I was looking for locally and even though I cancelled my order with hardware and tools it still came so now I have 21 top post that's not needed.
