This sprayer uses plastic that is way too thin to hold the pressure that builds up in the tank. The plastic can give way and the contents will go everywhere including in your face and eyes. Even if you are wearing standard safety goggles the liquid will get behind them into your eyes. I reached out to harbor freight and have been completely disappointed with their response. In my opinion they don't care about customers and don't care if they sell a dangerous product. They did not show any action to make sure this doesn't happen to another customer. All they did was ignore me for about 2 years every way they could. Ignoring my calls, emails etc. Just wasting my time and turning a customer into an x customer instead of making the issue right they just make it worse. It is a complete stupid move on the companies part because instead of me going around and telling everyone how great harbor freight made the situation right I will now forever go around and tell everyone how bad my experience was. Complete genius. You might think you are getting a great deal but saving $5 isn't worth getting injured because the company doesn't care about safety when manufacturing the product.

Off of the discount rack I purchased a paint spray gun and took it home by the time I got around to using it a month later it was completely in operable. When I went back, they said (oh, we have no way to test them….) they are actually in here selling garbage! Wtf now I know you sell value parts and as a mechanic, I'm well aware of the quality however, they at least work for a single usage to be selling products that are completely in operable is not acceptable. Whoever is managing the store in Anderson, Indiana patch your self on the back, you did it! Have made Harbor freight tools worse than terrible.
Manager RENE had terrible disposition when returning a defective item with receipt. Absolutely hates his job and doesn't happily serve the customers who pay his salary - tools are garbage and so is the store. If you want to make money in the community treat the community with respect or go somewhere else and stop ripping people off!
I tried twice to post a negative review of a product and still have not posted my reviews even thought there are much later and newer reviews already posted, And I did not use bad language. THAT'S CALLED DISHONESTY and a SCAM ARTIST. I will NEVER purchase a product over $2 again from this company.
I purchased an ammo can which are supposed to be AIR TIGHT. After the THIRD replacement because of other faulty reasons with this product, the 3rd replacement leaked water at a rate of 2 oz per second! See photo.

Though in good standing with my synchrony credit account, this group closed my account based on BS reports and stated I have to many open credit cards. I do have 4 capital on cc's, all for my business. I used this card as well for my business, until this happened. I'll NEVER step foot in another HF as long as I live. Not to mention it's all junk made from China anyway!
I like the new Blue professional grade drills. I got a set for Christmas and it is every bit as good as my milwaukee drills. I also have the sliding compound miter saw, professional model. It is fantastic. So, if you know what you are looking for, just buy the top of the line and you will be fine. I just bought the 16 speed heavy duty floor press model ******* and it is great, but be careful because they have the same suit that the model begins with a 3, but from what I read, this model is problematic. I gave mine a good run today and I am very pleased with it. Good luck
My shipment was hijacked and put on SmartPost, snail mail, and it was already due 3 days ago. I get nothing after 9 days of waiting for a promised FedEx Delivery! Then I call HF customer service and they will not cancel my order. And they say it has 10 more days after the transfer from FedEx to SmartPost which is not even USPS. If after the 10 days after the transfer I have not received then, HF gets to send me another one or give me a refund. That's way too long to wait for this small Drill Chuck for my HF lathe. They have the same part with the correct size Taper for the tailstock at Home Depot for $7 less. If they would have mailed it USPS it would have been here by now and cheaper! Its going to be a month of waiting and then the part might not fit?
They steal your personal information right under your noses. I returned a $20 item that I paid cash for and they asked to SEE and ID. Upon showing them my driver's license, they SCANNED it without my intermission, therefore stealing my personal information. Seeing an ID does not mean "scanning" an ID. This also means that if you are too young to have an ID, they will not refund you your money. So when you think you're getting a good deal, think about what other sinister things they do with your personal information in a world of ramped cyber theft.
Normally a good store. Today who were those people. Trouble with checking out. Checker so concerned she cleans her key board while waiting on you. No member prices. Electronic failure with NO backup plan

I called Harbor Freight Huntsville TX yesterday afternoon and asked if they had a pallet jack in stock because I would be driving to their location one hour each way and waited until the next morning and found the staff to be rude and lazy stating that it was still on the truck and I would have to come back tomorrow! This is why I called prior to driving 2 hours for nothing
Bought a concrete mixer, ended up and did not need it, still new in the unopened box. I went in first and talked to a manager about returning it since it was over 90 days. He said they normally do not accept returns after 90 days, but since the box was unopened and I was a premium member he would let me return it for exchange of something else but could not give a cash refund. I waited about a week and went back with it to return it and now they said no returns after 90 days and the manager was wrong I could not return it. They lied to me and basically said they don't care if I come back or not. This was in Crystal River, Florida
I live 5 minutes from the new harbor freight on centenial. WHAT A JOKE. I will never go back to that store. 5 cash registers and one cashier, never over 2 cashiers. I was 15th in line and asked if they could open a register to relief the line,,, ha ha what a mistake, rude $#*! people work ghee and they didn't care who was in line, they give you a discount t. Is it worth standing g inclined for 20 minutes for a nickle, hell no. I tossed that crap on the boxes and walked out. DO NOT GO TO THE NEW STORE. Lots of empty shelves and don't carry all the stuff like other stores plus rude and slow as hell and don't care,my personal experience. STAY AWAY. Maybe they need new management. How can a cashier look at all of the people in line and close her cash drawer so more people can suffer. A big circus in there.
Every time i go to gaithersburg most the tools i need out of stock they dont stock anything even i come back next 2 weeks prices very expensive staff there so rude don like to help amazon better quality and cheap a lot

This is concerning store in elyria Ohio on abbe road...today 07/07/2023 I went into store looking for end mills so as soon as I walked in someone asked me what I was looking for so I said end mills but I'm planing on looking around to see if I needed anything thing else now the whole time I'm going down aisle after aslie someone is constantly following me over and over I can hear them talking about me like to watch me I look like I'm stealing my so my whole shopping experience was very uncomfortable I don't think I'll go back to that store again I haven't been up their in Over 2 years and now I'll just do without that store how do you intend to do business but constantly run your consumers away so whoever is managing these stores I hope you have another job ready for when this store closes cause we the consumers are the ones who buy things from the store so you can get a paycheck and all these bad reviews all come down to management... I hope your wife looks good enough to strip or pimp herself out so she can take care of your sorry asses
Answer: I spent 24 minutes on the phone with them only to be told their product was perfect and problem was with my network. The person did not have a clue about what he was talking about.
Answer: I cannot see the particular part you are inquiring about, but could you make something to work? I am thinking you are referring to the notched piece that the handle locks into. Remember, you do not need to duplicate the piece, just make one that works. If you want to send me a picture I would have a better idea.
