Bought a work bench on line, when I went to put it together there were parts missing and not enough of one part to complete, when I called all I got was they don't have the parts, I could repackage and send it back and after they reviewed it would determine if I got my money back or a replacement
I bought a wet saw and used it with large format tiles until I wore out the bearings on the sliding table. I owned it for well over a year. I wanted to buy a new sliding table with all the bearings in place and asked customer service how to do this. Their response - they Fedexed me one. Gratis. What a pleasure to deal with a company who wants to help.
I purchased a paint sprayer on 1/26/22. Got it home, read the directions, strained the paint, and ran a test on some cardboard. The paint came out in gobs even when I adjusted the regulator. I cleaned it up, boxed it back up, and took it back on 1/28/22 for a refund. "Sure, we'll give you a refund less 20% restocking fee." The sprayer was beyond restocking; it didn't work correctly. "Oh, but we can give you a replacement." I didn't want another non-functioning sprayer. I wish I had read the reviews on the item before I purchased. 90% of the reviews had the same problem. So I was out $ because they sold me one of their over-stocked, horrible sprayers. Lesson learned. No more Harbor Freight for me.
Tried to use this pump and it did not even work straight out of the package. Took it back to the Goldsboro NC store where I purchase it and learned that they were not allowed to receive it back. Called the 8 hundred # to only reach an automatic voice message that states that you need to go to there website.( I hope that you own a computer). Then I learned that they do not pay for return postage and they have a re stocking fee.The item that I purchase was only $6.00 so I would lose money if I returned it.
Please note no where was I told that the item could not be returned or exchanged as to that was what I wanted to do in the first place.
It was my first time in I had just open a credit card for the 10% off I just purchased a table saw as it had wonderful views for the price. Really nice and friendly group at the Eugene Oregon store. I will be back to purchase more things. Love this store
Worst customer service on phone ever emphatically corrected their idiocy they however we are unable to correct their omn idiocy by entering the correct data under my account. So no $200 reimbursement check was sent to the correct address. They then do a stop payments and tell me another check will be sent... lying P. O. S

Still waiting after 3 weeks for my shipping comformation after 3 weeks my order will probably never ship
I was looking for a paint spray gun and found one reasonably priced on harbor freight. I had only heard of them through YouTube videos so decided to order about 10 items on Oct 31st. After a week and a half I received my brush cleaning kit but not the other items. I checked the tracking number provided for USPS but nothing could be found. I checked my account for an order update but kept getting an error message. After 2 weeks I called to see what happened and they told me to wait 20 business days and call back. I called back after 23 business days and they still didn't have an update and told me that because it was shipped through USPS parcel there's no way to track it. THEN WHY PROVIDE ME A FAKE TRACKING NUMBER?!? Odd because the one item I did receive came all the way from the east coast to Hawaii and made it but the items from California haven't made it. They put in a note for if it hadn't arrived by December 17th, to call and initiate a refund. I called today on the 17th, and now I'm being told I can't get a refund until 45 days after the date I ordered on Oct 31st! Never ordering from them again and DO NOT recommend this company. I have to open an investigation now with my bank.

Repairman purchased a 100' roll of braided wire in Muskogee, OK. Unused, unopened item. First they had to have a phone number or receipt, which I supplied. Oh wait, it's been over 90 days. I explained I lived an hour away and didn't get to town there often and we had been really sick with health issues for a while. Too bad. Company policy. So, they just lost a lifelong customer, I'm 72, for a $10.00 item. Once I tell my brother what they pulled he probably won't go back either. Not too bright on their part.

When calling Costumer service an it hangs up over an over kinda sucks. Tells you to go the website daaaa i tried finding my answer there thats why i called costumer service just to keep getting hung up on. So still no answer. Thanks Harbour freight for nothing.
I just purchased a generator quiet 9500watts in June and one day stop running after make a explosion and only have 500 hours worked! If you planning to buy one i don't recommend plese dont buy! Its cheap but piece a garbage.
I placed and order for a few simple items, all of which could be held in one hand. Eight days later, I still have no items, nor any shipping updates, so I called customer service. Had too wait 5 minutes before anyone picked up, then she looked up my order and said "Oh, it was packed on the 8th, shipped on the 9th, and is in transit." I called around 5:00pm on 15th. Well, I ask when it is scheduled to arrive. She says it's in MS and expected to be delivered within the next 24 to 48 hours.
I asked to just cancel the order and refund my money. I can't wait any longer. She replies, she can't cancel, it's already in transit.
Long story short, she did issue a cancellation, and refund, BUT IT WILL TAKE ME 14 DAYS TO GET MY MONEY BACK. What kind of crap is that? They sure didn't take that long to take it out of my account.
They used FedEx and USPS, she didn't know which, but either way, it could be timed using the moon calendar for sure.
From now on, if I CAN'T PUT MY HANDS ON IT THE STORE, I wouldn't suggest spending any money with these folks.
#******* ChinoCA location. It was fun to walk around and she all the fun useful tools for a low price lots of sales going on. I went in for a tarp 20x30 got it for 65$. It was a extreme duty tarp material looks good and durable hopeful it will do as I want. I did go in for what I was looking for only thing I was hoping I could find a coupon for an extra off for in store purchase. No luck with that.
I have shopped Harbor freight for over 10 years. I always considered their tools to be best suited for occasional and beginners and not contractor grade. They are gradually transitioning their pricing upward by adding new product names to make people think they are buying upscale. These brands have no track record, only what Harbor Freight touts. I think they have eliminated the 20% off any item coupon.
This is just my opinion and not based on any proven fact.
I bought a few items based on the shelf price. At checkout I was told I had to sign up and pay an annual fee to get discounts. Amazon will be my first choice. I will not step into Harbor Freight again.

If you like sitting on the phone listening to them babble for over 2 minutes before you can make a selection to drop anything at all. Newer systems all a person to say "make a payment" and they will jump right to that option. Not here.
If enjoy going through them babble for 5 minutes before you get the option to speak to someone. Then another 5 minute hold to finally speak to someone who barely speaks English well enough to understand.
The online and phone payments are different. On the phone you can pay with a debit card. On the app you're only given the option of providing bank information so they can submit whatever they wish. Put debit card option on the app!
Answer: I spent 24 minutes on the phone with them only to be told their product was perfect and problem was with my network. The person did not have a clue about what he was talking about.
Answer: I cannot see the particular part you are inquiring about, but could you make something to work? I am thinking you are referring to the notched piece that the handle locks into. Remember, you do not need to duplicate the piece, just make one that works. If you want to send me a picture I would have a better idea.
