It was the very first time I used it my dad got me taking this and my arthritis is so bad I know it won't fix the bone on bone problem but maybe it will stop it from spreading. I am also loosing my hair and I noticed that when my dad had me taking this everyday it help my hair. Now I pray the cream will ease the pain in my knees and shoulder. I have to have surgery in 5 different body parts.
