Our costumes arrived pretty quickly and timely ahead of the Halloween season! When I had an issue with an item in one of my orders, a member of customer service reached out to me to remedy the problem regarding the review. They were happy to make things right and either fully replace or compensate for the item. Definitely will make this my one-stop shop for anything costume related due to the customer service a lone!

I have bought multiple costumes from them over the past two years. Each one has never been a problem. They ship and deliver very fast and have always arrived before the scheduled date. I plan on buying my costumes from them every year. I recommend others to try them if you're looking for awesome costumes.

Bought a $100 costume. A received it and tried it on. It didn't fit so I returned it to them the next day through ups. They said it took 4 weeks to receive money back and they take 20 percent for restocking fee. While after 2 months I messaged them about my return. They said it was still processing. So I got a hold of PayPal and got my full refund back. Always use PayPal. You will get your full refund.

Always read reviews lesson learnt! Given the expense of the costumes you'd expect fantastic quality and you'd expect it to arrive on time. It's been two weeks since I ordered costumes for my kids book week and hooray it was going to arrive just in time. I spent the last of my money on these costumes and I live way to far from a shopping centre to get anything else so close to the day let alone have the funds. So day two of expected delivery date and surprise it's not here again. My children will be going to their school event tomorrow without a costume.

Thanks guys. Really really disappointed. And if we even do receive our costumes at least we will have them for no other purpose.

Thanks for nothing Halloween costumes and might I add there is literally NO communication about what's gone wrong nor is there a number for Australians to contact to find out anything. Nor can I sign up for your site because it's for Americans only. Why sell to us then? Crazy

I had high hopes for this website and had a few items I was wanting to purchase. I decided to go with the cheapest item to see how they were before spending a lot of money. Well the item I receive is of poor quality and defective (probably why it was marked down) They want a 18% restocking fee which would be understandable if I had just changed my mind on the item. However, that is not the case. It is just not usable which sucks for us bc now we have to find another Butler to compete our setup. I would NOT recommend this site to others!

I got a device that is fairly small, but it packs a huge punch. It attaches to whatever object you want, a bush is nice, with heavy twist ties. When it hears any noise it starts shaking the bush and growling and snarling and it's eyes flash. It's the best!
