Everything arrived frozen and intact the deli Turkey cut slices and beef bologna. Tasty and fresh. I live somewhere these aren't easily available so happy I was able to order from here And order came quicker than expected date
Update: I received a response finally from customer service on the paypal case and they did refund and say they would look into it.
I ordered from them on 1/2/2022 and got my order the week after on time. I didn't realize until yesterday that the deli meat they sent me was expired. The date on the package was 1/4/2022 and they shipped out some days later. Why would you send a customer expired meat? I didn't realize until I opened the package that it was spoiled. The other meat I got was frozen and seemed fresh but the expiration date labels were all ripped off so how do I really know? I don't recommend them, there are better halal options out there that don't deceive their customers like these guys do. I tried to reach customer service to add on an item before they shipped and they ignored me so I have to use paypal to get my money back for the expired meat since the service already proved unreliable.
Aslaam I received the meat Order. Meat is high quality but that's the only thing I have to say it was not frozen. But I will going buy again. Thank for Cutting the meat in small pieces. Happy Holidays and Happy new year from Maine

Expect better packaging with sufficient cooling system for long distance

Ghastly! It took more than 7 days before I received my shipment, one does not have to wait 10 days to get the meat one ordered 10 days ago
1st my order comes before time, and everything is very good. INSHAALLAH! I will also give next oder. I gave this site so many friends. My community friends said that they buy groceries.
Some items began to defrost slightly prior to arrival; my order was during a hot summer month. This was my first experience ordering meat online. All items were labeled halaal and packed well. I would recommend for anyone having difficulty buying locally.

Always delivered top quality meat and service has been wonderful.
I requested that the Goat Leg be sent whole (not cut into pieces) with just the main bone broken, the reason -
1. The cut meat has small, sharp shards of bones, (similar complaints by other customers as well)
2. Further the leg meat appears to be mixed with less desirable cuts. I had one 2lb bag with just bones mainly from the back bone & pelvis (not parts of the leg).
3.The prior order was mislabeled - the Pkt labeled Goat leg had Lamb meat.
I believe your service is generally good but you must pay attention to complaints & suggestions.
Make your web site more user friendly for viewing & ordering.
Have an instruction dialogue box for customer instructions with orders.
Certain meat orders do not show the weights of the item.
Have more 'deals' to encourage larger purchases
Have give-aways like free pkts of masala
