I phoned these people like i have always done, but the 1st one just hung up on me, so i rang again and spoke to another person and asked him to speak to his supervisor and i explained my reason for wanting to speak to him and he hung up as well, if this happens again i will report them to trading standards and consummers rights law, thank you john heaney.

Guru Aid has the best technical support and services. No matter what the problem, they can fix it. My technician, Raja Ramaswamy, did a superb job cleaning up my computer and helping me fix my printer problems. I salute them as the best in their field.
