My tech rep - Bishwajeet Bose - was very thorough and obviously very knowledgeable in cleaning, tuning, and trouble-shooting my computer. My computer was running very slowly, had several viruses, and other issues. Bishwajeet took care of all those issues and masterfully navigated throughout the fixes. I would recommend him - and Guruaid - as an excellent service and an excellent return on investment.

Our computer was pretty bad and I mean the worse. The people at GuruAid were very patient with my lack of computer software knowledge. I was quite concerned at first because of the cost but in the end it would benefit. After 4/5 hours working on our computer they were able to fix everything! Also any additional problems in the future they will fix.
