I received a Santa Medical pulse ox from my Inogen at Home concentrator provider. The device works great and is easy to read. Can`t say that about the instructions that were included. The print was tiny even with my reading glasses. Lanyard was a little hard to get through the holes, but I finally got it. I like the protective case to help keep it clean in my purse.

Made out of durable material that will last. Good length and coverage. Covers all the way down neck and upper shoulders. Fairly flexible. Only regret is that it has no cover or strap but a pillowcase works well.
