My purchase, order #4552, of the SantaMedical Mini Pulse Electronic Stimulator has really exceeded my expectations in providing pain relief for tight muscles in my shoulder from an injury. All of the modes are extremely stimulating and are able to target the specific area requiring attention. The intensity time options are excellent for providing the stimulation that is necessary for relieving the tightness in my shoulder. It is amazing that such intensive stimulation can be provided in such a compact device. I would highly recommend the Mini Pulse Electronic Stimulator to anyone who having tightness and pain in the shoulder area.

I absolutely love these reusable ice packs. They lay flat to freeze, dont take up much room in cooler, last 8 to 10 hours...can empty and store away during the winter

I have purchased the ACCURA PULSE some while back do to busy life style. I always had my large table-top cuff. This is so simple, and easier to transport. I had it so long, I no longer have a receipt.

Recent medical issue has required frequent changes of dressings that have proven difficult to remove particularly when the gauze wrap becomes wet. Normal household scissors are not effective. The Medvice EMT Trauma Shears that we purchased from Amazon cut through the wet dressings without the need to take small snips.

High quality scissors with very sharp serrated cutting edge. They fit my large hands and the carabiner handle is very convenient.

I don't exactly know what this device does except that it seems to give me some pain relief from the (neuropathy) nerve damage I have from diabetes. I think it de-sensitizes the nerves by causing repeated electrical impulses (nerve synapses) to occur. This quick impulse seems to cause fatiguing of the nerve response and the brain becomes desensitized to the pain. I think this is how it works; somewhat like fatiguing the rods and cones in our eyes when we stare at a specific color for a while and then see the "complimentary color and shape" when closing our eyes. An interesting phenomena. What I do know; is that it works. This was a gift from my son.

The oximeter arrived quickly and is easy to use. Reassuring to me and friends during Covid to remind ourselves of a well-working body system despite anxiety symptoms.

Originally, I purchased this blood pressure cuff for a go bag and first aid kit for my RV. I have found that are use it a lot more than I thought I would. I am extremely pleased with this purchase and would recommend it. It is easy to use was easy to follow instructions, as this is the first time I have used a blood pressure cuff.
