So happy to have a healthy reliable source of polyphenols! Helping my energy and they taste very good. Only used them for one month so I am looking forward to the many other benefits to my body as I continue to use them daily! Thanks for this great product.

My skin feels amazing. I look younger and have worn less makeup. This is a product I hope staus around for a long time.

I have noticed a difference in the skin on my face; especially, on one area. There was a growth near my left eye & I have had it for several years. After using Dr. Gundry's Bioskin Youth Formula for about a month, I noticed the unobtrusive but annoying growth seemed to be shrinking. I figured it was my imagination, until part of the growth literally fell off! Within 24 hours, the entire thing was gone! Of course, I can't be sure that Bioskin was the cause of this occurrence. But given that I had tried numerous products on the growth, & given that I have had it for several years, I cannot, in all honesty, attribute this phenomenon to anything else. I absolutely believe the growth disappeared as a direct result of Gundry's BioSkin formula!
In addition to this result, I have also noticed my face appears younger, with fewer flaws & dark spots. Again, while I can't swear that this is due to using Bioskin, I believe it is. I will continue using this product & observe the fantastic results!

I feel great for a women who turned 83 this past July 24th. Now I have ordered at least five of your products. Olive Oil, Proplant complete Shake, Vital reds, MCT Wellness, and BIO Complete. Which one of these do I give the most credit to? I stay quite active with working in my yard. Flower gardens, cutting and trimming the lawn-two acres. I also belong to two quilting guilds that I am quite active in. I am also a Master Gardener that requires 25 volunteer hours and 10 CEU's every year. That's the minimum house required we always put in many more hours. I also am a member of the Jacksonville Garden Club. Working at the greenhouse to get ready for our annual plant sale. Plus I volunteer to water 4 big, beautiful flower pots up at the square in our city donated by our garden club. I believe staying active is important to staying healthy and I believe that these subscriptions from MD GUNDRY help me stay active and healthy.

I've been using tri trim for a month now. I take it with Lunch and dinner. I notice that there is an improvement in my waist line. I appreciate not having to cut calories so much as I work to lose weight. I hate diet foods. These supplements make me feel full more quickly and allow me to eat the food that I enjoy. I plan to continue as I work toward my weight loss goals. Thank you so much!

It arrived in the morning after my wife went to work. I took it immediately. I came home at 4:30 and sat on the couch Wife sitting in her chair says " Did you feel it?" My thought was " earthquake " I replied "what?"
She repeated "did you feel it? "
My thought was the train a half mile away, again I said "what?"
This repeated perhaps 5 times! Finally my wife says"I took your pills!" I said loud and sarcastically " you took my $&@$ pills?". She then said "did you feel it?" I replied " for the last 5 hours I've felt it! Wondering if it was the pills!"
She says " I feel it right now, what the hell is it?". I said "this is going to get interesting!"

My bowel moments went to perfect, I started getting up before 5 ( used to be 6:30) my wife thought I was nuts now she's also getting up earlier. How do you explain this? I am really enjoying my Proplant Complete Shake mix. It tastes great even when mixing with unsweetened almond or coconut milk. It really knocks-out my hunger until lunch or even dinner when I drink it along with with some cereal and fruit in the morning.

I've been suffering with GERD for so long I've forgotten when it started and have high hopes for Gundry MD "GI Renew". I was disappointed with the size of the tablet as I struggle to swallow large pills, thus the 4 stars. My GERD has been so bad that lately it has caused me to throw up during the night, several times. This supplement alone hasn't seemed to stop my symptoms and after seeing a YouTube from Dr Burke about acid reflux suggesting the use of Betaine Hydrochloride, I've added that in addition. So far, that combination seems to be helping and I'm hopeful!

I purchased a 90 day supply of MCT Wellness. I didn't have any weight loss as I'd hoped, but I did like learning the science behind it and I'm willing to give it another try. I had to take a 2 month break from my supplements due to some surgeries but plan to restart it soon..

Well, to be honest when I ordered the Active Advantage I was really hoping it would help to soften the lines in my face a bit.
