Life is upside down at this time with passing of my mother however I'm excited about the products as I need the energy more than ever to make many changes in my life including moving and starting anew. Also my weight has another 75 lbs to go but have shaved 25lbs since I started following Dr. Gundry. Will be happy to make testimony further ahead once I'm stabilized in life. I think products are great I just purchased a magic bullet to make my new pro plant shakes easy to use. I will continue to use products as my energy level has gone way up. ProPlant shake is a remarkable product. After aortic valve replacement had to go to cardio-rehab for 36 sessions (3x per week). Without a doubt ProPlant helped me in my recovery. My energy and digestion has definitely improved. I feel absolutely fantastic.

After watching a 20 minute sales pitch by Dr. Gundry, I bought three jars of Energy Renew. It was worth the time. I was impressed at how I felt energetic the day I started it. I had tried the blue and the red powders in the past, but neither of them would dissolve in water, leaving a lump of the product in the bottom of the glass, so I gave up on them. Energy Renew dissolves nicely and so far has been effective.
Having the ProPlant Complete in the morning allows me to avoid less healthy items I was habitually 'enjoying.' I add Dr. Gundry's 'Vital Reds' to the shake, and I'm finding my acid indigestion is all but gone! I feel less bogged down and sluggish. Time will tell, but I feel better after only enjoying the shake for five days. The money not spent on the food I would have been eating more than off-sets the cost of the shake. It's a win-win!
I especially like the chocolate, but both are delicious and satisfying. It fills you up and gives you energy.
I bought total restore from their website. I started out with only one a day but I got a lot of bloating and diarrhea. I contacted then and gave me options to accept 40% refund or I have to mail them empty bottle which cost about $13-15 in shipping cost which I have to pay. So the 100% refund is a scam.
The flavor is excellent, it works well with my eating schedule, and it mixes up fast. I would like to send a better review after 3 months using this product.
So this product caught my eye as I was about to listen to my U Tube meditation and some guy starts talking about brushing your teeth with oil. Yes you heard me right so of course I had to watch, after everything he shared what do I have to loss. Second I had just gotten over thyroid cancer and was all for something natural that could overall help my body and health. Fast forward two months in my teeth are whiter, I do have better energy and less brain fog and my system overall feels better. Also my family and friends have noticed the changes as well.

I've been taking one tablespoon a day plus using it on salads. I'm hoping it helps reduce my cholesterol by a few points by the end of the year.
Okay, so I experimented, used this product for a month, felt so good (digestion), and then waited 2 weeks to reorder. The 2nd week, I suffered from bloating again! So I will reorder and use the product once more because it works! It reduces bloating, I am more regular in the morning, and I just feel lighter in general.

I've been taking over the counter probiotics for a year now and I started feeling so much better, I was always getting lots of cramping, gas and bloating, I also read that they help with UTI, s which I was getting quite often. I was also drinking Keifer everyday.
