I am so pleased with Bio Complete 3, I didn't realize how bad of shape that my gut microbiome had gotten. I started taking the product about 3 weeks ago and I feel less bloated, more regular, not as much indigestion or heartburn. I feel overall so much better not to mention I have more energy. I would highly recommend!
Initially I had a few die back symptoms. I contacted customer service who suggested I keep going. They were right within a week my general well being had improved. I am looking forward to long term results. Another great Gundry md product.

This formula definitely helped me get back on track and have normal BM's. My husband has issues with processing sugar and I was hopeful that it would help him but so far it has had no impact. He has now taken it for 2 weeks. Not sure if he just needs more time or something different.
I have started taking Bio Complete 3 ( Three capsules /day) due to my stomach gyration and which led to frequent tendency of stool discharge and fecal incontinence. Although I feel much better now but not yet out of the woods.
The Bio 3 Complete has given me more energy and stamina to get through my days. I am 66 years old, I work full time in a hospital. I was feeling very sluggish at the end of my work days. I work the evening shift as a unit secretary and I have an hour drive home at the end of my shift. Since I started taking Bio 3 complete, I am more alert and energetic all through the day. I have even been experiencing more clarity of mind. My bowel movements are more regular and easy. I really like the way this product makes me feel. I have used other probiotics but this has been the best after just 2 weeks. It has eliminated the gas and bloating I had and has helped my intestines feel much better. This makes life much easier for obvious reasons. The other products that I use go into my shake every morning and helps me get by on just one healthy meal a day and very few snacks. I feel much better even after only a month that I have been using these. Did some serious hikes in the Northwest with no digestive issues. Thank You Doctor Gundry.
I use to get food coma after eating certain lectin foods but with eating the lectin shield I haven't had any of those food comas as long as I remember to eat them with my meals.
I have felt improvement in my gut! I don't feel like it always in a state of nausea, unsettling feeling.
I have missed a couple of dosages, but got right back with the 4x a day.

I have not been on the product very long. I'm hoping it will curb my appetite and increase my energy levels. COVID-19 has limited my activity, however, I am walking 3 1/2 miles each morning. As temperatures lower, i am hoping to return to playing pickleball. I had a compound fracture to my left arm on May 23, which required putting a plate in to stabilize my arm and wrist But I have recovered quite well. But with so much down time and living by myself, my energy levels and motivation have waned. I eat from boredom and I am also Diabetic, so it's quite a concern. I don't think I have been on the product long enough to see results, as of yet.
It contains all the things necessary and one set of pills that's really great, and it helps keep me very regular.
It helped my colon and stomach pain I was having. It keeps me keep regular every morning. I take it everyday along with restore. These are my two favorites products. They are expensive and I will keep taking them as long as I can afford them.
I suffer with IBS. I get terrible heartburn and reflux especially at night if I eat too heavy or eat a food that doesn't agree with me. I have been taking Bio Complete 3, for 6 weeks now. I noticed the difference after the first week. I was able to go off my Heart burn medication, which I was taking twice a day every day. I NO longer get reflux when I lay down At night after eating a heavy meal, even if it's Foods such as garlic which usually repeats on me, in the whole form, is 95% better. Lastly, I used to get bad stomach aches after eating, when I started taking Bio Complete Three, the stomach aches virtually disappeared. I only gave it 4 stars because in the beginning I was going to the bathroom much easier and more frequently. However, after the first month that seemed to level off back to my normal habits, and I am back to feeling bloated and constipated again.
Overall I do love Bio Complete 3. It has made me feel overall so much better. I would definitely try it if you are struggling with stomach issues like I was.
This is the first product that I tried that includes prebiotics, probiotics and postbiotics in a single formula. It is a full treatment that will help you support your gut health. It has helped me improve my digestive function. I noticed that I was more regular after a week or two from starting using this product.
I started Lectin Shield two weeks ago. My diet in general is healthy minimal sugar however still having bread a few time pasta. What I have found in the last two weeks even though I have not gone fully plant based I am still at a healthy weight versus weight gain from enjoying some lectin foods and regular and no bloating. Still waiting for my bio 3 to arrive once in both I am looking forward to some gradual weight loss while maintaining a healthy diet and still enjoying some forbidden foods.
