Shipping fees are strange
I ordered a product that was small and weighed less than an ounce. I got the special shipping cost for anything less than 2 pounds, but when I tried to order 2 of the same product I could not get the special shipping price. I could have ordered a dozen of these and it would have weighed less than 2 pounds and fit in the same box I received the single item in. Your shipping fees don't make sense.
Real easy to order
Service was prompt, parts good quality. As with all replacement parts, they always seem a bit pricey to me, but the experience overall was a good one.
