Everything except the shipping is great- roll outs weigh almost nothing, & cost very little, so I do not understand why 1 qualifies for economy rates but 2 or 3 don't. I would have ordered spares but for the shipping issue. We replace them infrequently (they are resettable) but I like to stock extra parts.
As previously stated, the ony issue I have is the way they calculate shipping, this has cost them sales as well as raising our cost/unit.
