I Was looking for some spark plugs for our sulfur burner and just by chance came across your web page my only hesatation was the fact I wasn't sure of your location andd I'm still not. I order them and they arrived in a timely fashion very impreesed Thank you for a quality exprience
I purchased a part at $492.00 price tag. They charged an additional 65% ($269.00) prepaid shipping. No photo on the website (at that time).
Just a part number and a line that stated "this part is an exact replacement". So far, so good. 5 days later, after the part waited on the wrong dock for two days one hour from my house, (they also would not allow local pickup, although I asked repeatedly). When the part came, it was indeed a direct bolt-in replacement, but it was the wrong part for my furnace BTU requirement. In either case, (photo on the website) or (allow me to pick it up in person), this could all have been prevented. So... I refused the order. Now, their representative has informed me that I ordered the wrong part. Miraculously, a photo and a different part number shows up on their website. They say they are charging me a 20% restocking fee PLUS BOTH INBOUND AND OUTBOUND SHIPPING. I Already prepaid outbound shipping, but the email says they will deduct both ways shipping an the 20% restocking fee. What a great scam... Sell the wrong part, require a restocking fee, then double bill prepaid shipping, and keep the part. If you get a complaint, just change the web page to reflect the lie they are telling. All of this works out to $269 shipping times two, ($538.00), PLUS the 20% restocking fee, (almost $100) for a grand total of about $638.00, and they still get to sell the part again to the next fool. My advice is, never purchase anything from this company or its affiliated vendors. You will be sorry.

After trying to go through a different vendor and waiting for over 4 months for some motors to arrive, for the University I work for, I finally had to cancel the order and start over from scratch. With the end of our fiscal spending year rapidly approaching I was in a dead panic. Not only did they have the motors I needed in stock, but they were cheaper than the original vendor and the motors arrived in a week. I should have started here first! FANTASTIC JOB!
Answer: High prices do not mean better service. Move on to eBay or Amazon.
