We appreciate all that you did! We needed the part overnight, so that's the only reason not happy with the full price paid, we had to pay the $82 for overnight on an $11 part, otherwise it would have been a reasonable shipping and part cost if it hadn't been necessary to have the part the next day. Order was either incorrectly delievered to wrong address or incorrectly scanned. Emailed for resolution and was told ill have to wait a few days to see if it comes. Terrible customer service. Other companies would have shipped out another part immediately and if second part came i would have happily mailed back.
