Great Value Vacations is my "go to" site for vacation planning. I've booked multiple trips and every one has been wonderful! The options (tour or self drive), destinations, pricing and timelines keep me returning. The often included airfare make a vacation affordable. I'm looking forward to the next trip!

There is nothing great about this company! Booked a trip to Indonesia, paid extra almost $600 to have flights with fewer stops and less time at the airport just to find out that flight that they advertised as having 1 stop actually had 2 (that's what I was tried to avoid and paid extra for it). Called about the issue and was promised a call back which never happened (specifically said that I want to either change the flight or get a refund of the price difference or completely cancel this trip and I'll rebook with a different flight - this was still within the free cancelation window). 2 weeks later after multiple calls (me calling them and every time being told that they are still looking into this) I was told that there are no alternative flights. Asked to cancel this but was told that it's not outside the free cancelation window (they dragged it out for 2 weeks). So far they lied about the flights, about cancellation, about the call back - what else are they lying about? Will this trip even happen? The only answer I ever got from them was that somebody will call me back but nobody ever does and the last representative just rudely hung up the phone... Save yourself a headache and book your vacation elsewhere!

Worst experience.
Booked before covid, trip was cancelled due to covid, we were forced to rebook or we'd lose our money before a certain date. We still couldn't leave the country during the second date. Great value did nothing. We had travel insurance so we cancelled and made a claim. Apparently you have to be dead to get your money back. We just lost $4200 and great value did not back us up. Unprofessional and disappointing
