The system wouldn't let me reset my password, so I had to call customer service to find out what it was. To my surprise, the agent who answered was able to see my password, which didn't seem all that secure. But everything else in working with greatmats has been amazing! And the customer service reps were incredibly nice and informative. I've already recommended greatmats.com to some people!
