So far the shopping has been easy - hope delivery is just as easy and fast! Received mats Friday and installed them on Saturday...definitely an upgrade from my old flooring and home gym is now rocking!

On the delivery side, part of the delivery fee was specified "inside delivery." The driver "couldn't get the mats inside", I think he was running behind and didn't try very hard. We were charged almost $50 for the inside portion of our delivery and it didn't happen. We had to move the almost 4000 pounds of mats ourselves by hand. We would just appreciate a refund for that portion of our delivery. Thank you.

*Once the tiles arrived (within 2 days of ordering, AMAZING fast delivery!) I was a bit surprised to find that we felt we were short on tiles, despite using the size estimator and even rounding UP the square footage of the room. But the quality is AMAZING.

Mats are as advertised. Thick enough for grappling and jiu-jitsu. Tatami finish is good and interlocking does not come apart when rolling. I should have ordered more the 1st time.
