Ws have actually ordered this mat twice for my grandson so he can have one at home and one at my house. The mat is great quality & folds up easily for storage. It ships really nicely and well protected. We would definitely order again!
Around 3.5 years after I installed new dog agility mats for indoor use the color is coming out of the mats onto my dogs' paws, training equipment, etc.
When I called customer service they kindly reminded me that it was past the one year warranty and that the color problem meant the mats were worn out.
Worn out after 3.5 years of light use?!?

If I had any criticism at all, it would be that for some weird reason my mats are a little slippery on one side versus the other side. I got black and red 1 inch mats and the black side is actually slippery. However I know with a little time it goes away so yeah amazing mats, amazing experience. Thank you greatmats
This product is awesome! Very easy to use, They snap together very easily and make a great floor system. We used these to cover a concrete floor when we converted the basement to a bed room. Well worth the money.
Recieved the gym flooring in a timely manner and the customer service through chat was amazing. I messaged them to ask questions about the installation process and how is best, they were very responsive and walked me through all of it. Thank you!
The mats are of good quality and I am totally satisfied with them. The only issue which I had was that it was delivered a bit late other than that everything was good.

Easy peasy web site
I made several contacts by phone (left messages) and by email to try to obtain samples as advertised. I even left a message stating exactly what samples I wanted with the address but no response. I was never able to talk with anyone or get samples. This occurred over a period of two months. Finally just ordered and hoped for the best. Terrible customer service.
